My work has always been about helping people lead beyond the title — because real leadership isn’t about control; it’s about having clarity in your direction, confidence in your decisions, and connection to the people and purpose you lead.
As a certified executive and team coach, I’ve partnered with leaders at Genentech, Kaiser Permanente, and other mission-driven organizations to design systems and relationships that make leadership sustainable — especially for women of color who are often carrying the weight of representation and responsibility.
